Rainbow
Construction was founded in 1997 as an
division of Rainbow Woodworking. A number
of customers had asked Rainbow to
construct entire rooms or areas of their
homes, and Dan Sheetz, our founder, felt
that home remodeling would be a natural
extension to the business.
Dan has
extensive experience with remodeling. In
1992, D.P. Sheetz Custom Woodworking won
Chicago's prestigious Old Wicker Park
Restoration Award for rehabbing Dan's
historic home at 1414 N. Hoyne Avenue.
Today, Rainbow Construction carries on
that tradition of excellence. The

Rainbow
